tous les JEUDIS 20H20 - 20H55 à partir du 7 septembre
= moduler & raffermir vos ABDOS, FESSIERS & JAMBES sur les rhytmes de Zumba!!

​C'est un nouveau program ou vous utilisez votre propre poids corporel pour améliorer l'endurance musculaire, le tonification et l'apparance de vos muscles. Grace à la musique soigneusement orchestrée vous allez travailler plus dur et atteindre plus rapidement vos objectives de remise en forme! 
Soyez prêts à transpirer: apportez un essui & bouteille d'eau!

Conditions:
Commencez quand vous souhaitez pendant l'année.
​Il n'y a pas de frais d'inscription / cotisation membre.
Jusq'au 28 septembre inclut:
- si vous faites uniquement le cours Strong by Zumba: €7 .
- si vous participez aussi dans le cours de Zumba Dance Fitness le même soir le tarif pour le cours de Strong est à €5 .
​Merci de régler votre paiement sur place, uniquement en espèces (pas des cartes bancaires).
A partir de 5/10 - 14/12 inclut = 11 cours à 60 euros
à payer au plus tard le 28/10 en espèces aux cours de zumba ou par virement bancaire (pour recevoir le numéro de compte envoyer un email: [email protected])

New: STRONG by ZUMBA®!
every THURSDAY 20H20 - 20H55 from September 7th
= shape & strengthen your BUM, TUMMY & LEGS to the rhythms of Zumba!!

It's a new program where you use your own body weight to improve your muscle strength and shape your muscles. Thanks to our carefully selected music you'll work harder and will reach your fitness goals faster! 
Be ready to sweat: bring a towel and water bottle to class!

Conditions:
Start when you wish during the year.
​No registration or member fees!
Until September 28th:
Just pay for a class when you feel like doing Strong by Zumba:
- if you take only the Strong by Zumba-class: €7.
- if you also participate in the Zumba Dance Fitness-class the same evening the price for the Strong-class is €5.
Please pay upon arrival, and only in cash (no bank cards). 
From 5/10 - 14/12 included = 11 classes at 60 euros
to pay at latest 28/10 in cash at zumba class or by bank transfer (to receive the account number please email: [email protected])
