Learn a choreography at each workshop with our specialized teachers :) You don't need experience, nor a dance partner: we dance individually.

BOLLYWOOD film clip, for women and men
Saturday January 18th 2025 at 3-5pm: fully booked! A fun workshop! Bollywood is a colourful, dynamic, expressive and theatrical dance style including traditional Indian, folk, salsa, belly dance, hip hop, jazz and funk. We've seen it in the movies - now it's time to put it in practice. Welcome for an afternoon of fun, when we'll learn a full film clip choreography to a song with our Indian teacher, who will share her dance origins and abundant positive energy with us :) Different choreographies to learn the different dates. No experience needed. We dance individually (not in couples). Sport clothes + sneakers. |

AFRICAN VIBES, for women and men
Saturday January 25th, 2025 at 3-5pm: places to book Saturday March 8th, 2025 at 3-5pm: places to book A dancy afternoon! This workshop isn't technical and the teacher doesn't talk a lot to explain the different steps. Instead we repeat the moves to music and go with the feeling. Come to learn a modern choreography inspired by dance styles from several countries of the continent, taught by our young Cameroonian teacher who dances so well. Come to vibrate with us to African beats and melodies :) Different choreographies to learn the different dates. No experience needed. Sport clothes + sneakers. (This is not a class of traditional African dancing with drums.) |

REGGAETON, for women and men
Saturday February 1st, 2025 at 3-5pm: fully booked! Reggaeton is a fun, sexy, free-spirited dance style popular in nightclubs, strongly influenced by Latin American, Caribbean, and hip hop music. The body isolations and fast foot work in reggaeton emphasize the rhythmic beat of the song. The sensual moves accentuate the curves of the body. Reggaeton also incorporates dance hall, street moves, and salsa. This workshop will also be a dynamic workout session with our Latina teacher! Different program the different dates. For adults and teens, no experience needed. We dance individually (not in couples). Sport clothes + sneakers. |

SAMBA, for women and men
Saturday February 22nd 2025 at 3.00-4.30 pm: 4 places to book Samba is joy, feeling and passion! It's a rather free dance style where you don't need to be precise. In our workshop for beginners we'll learn the basic steps and a choreography to rythmical music with a lot of percussion sound. It will also be a good cardio session: fast footwork and hip movements characterize this lively dance style originating from Brazil. Burn calories, get your heart pumping, enjoy the adrenalin rush! Step into happy Carnival mood and come to join us on the dance floor! Sneakers or flat dance shoes will be fine (not high heels) with your sport outfit. We dance individually (not in couple). |

BACHATA FEMININE GROOVE & BODY ISOLATIONS, for women
Saturday March 15th 2025 at 3.00-4.30 pm: 3 places to book Do you wish to dance with more sensuality? Then this new workshop is for you! Our teacher will guide us through body isolation movements, from heel to head. We will practice how to express our feminine energy through dancing. As a cherry on the cake, we will envelope the exercises in the romantic music of Bachata that speaks to the heart! The footwork of Bachata is easy to learn, and you will in this workshop. But with the added sensual styling that is the essence of Bachata! You can also use your new, groovy moves in other dance styles. Please don't be shy, come to join us for a nice afternoon together! This is your time to tune in with your femininity and sprinkle it to each step at this beginner friendly workshop. |

SALSA LADYSTYLING: cancelled!
Saturday April 5th 2025 at 3.00-5.00 pm: 3 places to book Joyful salsa tunes to put us in summer mood :) In this workshop we'll learn to dance a feminine salsa style "solo"; no need to find a dance-partner, but you can also integrate the moves if you dance in couple later. We'll learn a complete choreography: lots of music, lots of pleasure, relaxed, friendly atmosphere :) Everyone is welcome, new and old participants. - Beginners, please don't be shy - you'll learn it well! - Do you already dance salsa? Experienced dancers equally appreciate our workshops: join to enhance your style and take away a complete choreography! Sport clothes and sneakers are fine (if you have you can bring your dance shoes). |
VENUE:
- Venue at Porte de Namur in Brussels, easily accessible by public transport. Very close to metro station Porte de Namur. By car: impossible to park in Rue Edimbourg, but you have for example underground parking house "2 portes" Avenue Toison d'Or (in front of the cinemas at Porte de Namur) and another parking house in Rue Tulipe.
- Good ventilation by fresh air (not air condition), large mirror.
- Small changing room, no shower.
PARTICIPATION FEE and BOOKING:
- Participation fee: 24 eur/workshop.

INSURANCE:
With this system without registration/ member-fees we don't include and charge you for an insurance: each participant is responsible to have their own insurance and/or carry the responsibility - also financial - if s/he hurts herself/himself, or hurts someone else, or causes damage at the venues.
CANCELLATION (same for everyone, no exceptions):
1) If we cancel you'll have a credit for another workshop or 2 regular live classes of your choice.
2) Your cancellation: a booked workshop is not refundable or exchangeable for another workshop, no matter the reason why you cancel or don't come. But your payment will not be lost! You can choose to:
a) either offer your place to a friend: email us her/his name in advance.
b) or replace the workshop by 1 regular live class within 2 weeks (book your class by email) if you notify your absence by email at latest 4 days before the workshop will take place.
