AFRICAN VIBES (for women)
Saturday April 27th 3-5pm: fully booked! Saturday September 28th 3-5pm: fully booked! «African vibes» is our new dynamic and happy workshop, inspired by dance styles from several countries of the continent, taught by our Cameroonian teacher who dances so well. As usual, we'll learn a whole choreography, and we'll have a good work-out with her. No previous experience needed: you are all welcome! Come to vibrate with us to African beats :) Different choreographies to learn the different dates. |

BACHATA lady-styling choreography (women)

Saturday June 8th 4-6 pm: places to book Saturday December 7th 4-6pm: places to book Come away with us for an afternoon in the tropical universe of the Dominican Republic! Learn a whole choreography rhythmed by the romantic music of Bachata that speaks to the heart. If you have just a little experience you will enjoy this workshop with our superb teacher. And there's no better way to spend an afternoon: the beauty of Bachata music and dance will make you feel wonderful! Different choreographies to learn the different dates. |

BELLY (oriental) DANCING (women)
Saturday February 10th 3-5 pm: fully booked! Saturday October 5th 3-5pm: places to book Express your femininity and learn to dance with grace and sensuality! Belly dancing is also a great exercise: soft on the joints but energetic, working muscles we don't use in regular work-out. No experience needed: you'll learn it well with our professional belly dancer who explains very well! Different choreographies to learn the different dates. |

BOLLYWOOD film clip, women and men
Saturday March 16th 3-5 pm: fully booked! Saturday June 1st 3-5pm: 1 place left to book Saturday September 21st 4-6pm: places to book A fun workshop! Bollywood is a colourful, dynamic, expressive and theatrical dance style including traditional Indian, folk, salsa, belly dance, hip hop, jazz and funk. We've seen it in the movies - now it's time to put it in practice. No experience needed. We danse alone (not couple dancing). Welcome for an afternoon of fun, when we'll learn a full film clip choreography to a song with our Indian teacher who will share her dance origins and abundant positive energy with us :) Different choreographies the different dates. |

CHA CHA CHA! choreography (for women)
Saturday November 23rd 4-6 pm: places to book With its origins in Cuban mambo, the playful and energetic ChaChaCha became popular in the 1950s, in social dancing as well as in Latin Ballroom dancing, especially in the US. It has continued to evolve, incorporating moves from other dance styles and adapting to different music genres, often danced to vibrant, infectious melodies with Latin American influence. A catchy rhythm and small, quick steps characterize this dance, with its so special basic shuffle step called « cha cha cha » to mimic the sound of dancers' shoes as they move on the floor :) Come to be seduced by this flirtatious and charming dance! |

FLAMENCO PASSION! (for women)
Saturday November 30th 3-4.30 pm: places to book Get ready to express passionate emotions :) with our expert teacher who started to learn Flamenco already from the age of five. Flamenco dancing is the artistic expression of very intense emotions in the music and the lyrics of flamenco music, and the manifestation of the Andalusian and Gypsy culture. The rhythm and posture of the dancer are essential elements in her performance of light and graceful moves contrasted by strong and noisy steps drilling the floor as well as hand clapping. Welcome to an initiation of steps, gestures and intense facial expressions as « bailaora », flamenco dancer! |

REGGAETON for women and men
Saturday January 20th 3-5 pm: fully booked! Saturday February 17th 3-5 pm: cancelled (teacher sick) Saturday April 20th at 3-5 pm: fully booked! Saturday October 19th 3-5pm: places to book Saturday December 14th 3-5pm: places to book Reggaeton is a fun, sexy, free-spirited style of dance popular in nightclubs, strongly influenced by Latin American, Caribbean, and hip hop music. The body isolations and fast foot work in reggaeton emphasize the rhythmic beat of the song, the sensual moves accentuate the curves of the body. Reggaeton also incorporates dance hall, street moves, and salsa. In our workshop for beginners we'll learn a full choreography with our Latina teacher. (Different choreos the different dates.) We danse alone (not couple dancing). It'll also be a dynamic workout session! No experience needed. |

SALSA lady-styling choreography (for women)
Saturday April 13th 4-6 pm: 2 places to book You already have a little salsa experience and would like to learn a choreography and how to move with sensuality and grace, then this workshop is for you! Experienced dancers equally appreciate our lady-styling workshops: join to enhance your style and take away a complete choreography! You can also integrate the moves if you dance in couple later. |

SALSA + BACHATA "solo" (for women)
Saturday March 23rd 4-6 pm: 3 places to book Joyful salsa and bachata tunes to keep a summer feeling :) For beginners (and if you have a little experience). One hour of each dance: lots of music, lots of fun, relaxed, friendly atmosphere :) Everyone is welcome, new and former participants. Beginners, please don't be shy - you'll learn it well! |

- Venue at Porte de Namur in Brussels, easily accessible by public transport. Underground parking house "2 portes" Avenue Toison d'Or, in front of the cinemas at Porte de Namur.
- Good ventilation by fresh air (not air condition), large mirror.
- Small changing room, no shower.

CANCELLATION: A booked workshop is not refundable or exchangeable for another workshop, no matter the reason for the cancellation. But you can offer your place to a friend (email her/his name in advance)! Or replace it by 2 zumba online classes to do at home, 2 dates of your choice within 2 months of your cancelled workshop date :)
