- No inscription- or member fees :) - Necessary to book your place + pay in advance please: 1) Email the date(s) you wish to participate: [email protected] 2) Await my reply that there's a place for you. 3) Pay in advance to confirm from your side, please. - Payment by bank transfer (ask the account number by email) or cash. - "Absence joker": if you pay a 5 or 10 class package by cash you'll receive a Joker = if you don't come to 1 class that you have booked it will not count (if you cancel more booked classes conditions as below.) |

PRICE LIVE CLASSES:
You choose if to pay for 1 class = €14 or €12 full-time students below 25 years, unemployed all ages, retired: please provide proof. > Payment only by bank transfer. or if to buy a multiple class pass, valid for all classes: - 5 classes = €60. Valid 6 consecutive weeks from the first class you take with the pass, for the classes of your choice. - 10 classes = €110. Valid 12 consecutive weeks from the first class you take with the pass, for the classes of your choice. - 20 classes = €200. Valid 6 consecutive weeks from the first class you take with the pass, for the classes of your choice excluding Sunday. > Payment by bank transfer or cash when we meet at a previous class (=advance payment). |

Pass conditions:
- The passes are individual, but you can share one in your family.
- Please remember that it's necessary to book your place for a class even if you have a pass.
- You have a lot of choice: your pass is valid for all the regular classes and venues: Zumba, Muscle strengthening, Stretch&Pilates :) You are thus not obliged to always attend the same class. If your usual class doesn't take place one week you have a lot of choice between the other classes at the venues and online.
- You can come several times one week and not at all another, as you wish, as long as you use the pass within the validity period (if not you'll loose the places left in your pass: same conditions for everyone, no exceptions).
- Online Zumba is also included during your pass's validity period: when you book online you have 2 classes for the price of 1 live class!
- I pause the validity period when we close for end of the year-holidays (Christmas/New Year), but not when you are absent for one reason or other (for example when you are on holidays) besides if you email a medical certificate, for the period of your certificate.
Remember that you can take online zumba classes when you travel or cannot come to the venues for other reasons. They are also really nice :) A small space is enough to do them. Email me in advance (not the same day) the dates you wish to take your online class and I send your passwords.
> > And please remember that if you will not come often you always have the option to pay per class for full flexibility, instead of buying a pass!
CANCELLATION:
- If you cancel a booked class (or don't come for any reason) you cannot replace it by another class and will not get reimbursed. Same conditions for everyone, no exceptions.
- To not loose your class you can offer your place to a friend if you send me her/his name in advance. Or you can have an online Zumba class to do at home a date of your choice the same month or next. They are also really good! Email your missed live class date directly afterwards + the date when you wish to take your online class and I'll send your password.
- If you email a medical certificate your pass or paid singular class will be paused/postponed during the period of your certificate.
- If I have to cancel a class where you are booked, you'll keep your payment in credit for another class of your choice.
INSURANCE:
With this system without registration/ member-fees we don't include and charge you for an insurance: each participant is responsible to have their own insurance and/or carry the responsibility - also financial - if s/he hurts herself/himself, or hurts someone else, or causes damage at the venues.
PRICE ONLY ONLINE ZUMBA:
- 2 classes = €12, or €10 reduced price *)
- 10 classes = €50. Valid 10 consecutive weeks from the first class you take with the pass, for the classes of your choice.
- 20 classes = €90, or €70 reduced price *) Valid 20 consecutive weeks from the first class you take with the pass, for the classes of your choice.
