MULTIPLE CLASS PASS CONDITIONS
Same conditions for everyone, no exceptions:


1) A pass is individual = you can only book for yourself. (If a friend will occasionally join you, s/he pays 1 class.) But you can share a pass within a family: ask by email.

2) Remember to always book your place for a class please, even if you have a pass.

3) If you cancel a booked class until 24 hours before the start of the class your pass will be credited. If you cancel later, or don't show up, it will count as attendance. However, if you pay your pass in cash you have "absence jokers": see cancellation conditions click here


4) You don't need to always take the same class, the same day of the week, but can try different classes with the same pass :) The "Zumba only" passes are valid for all Zumba classes. The "All regular classes" passes are valid for all classes (only the Saturday dance workshops are exluded).

​5) You can come several times one week and not at all another, as you wish! 

6) Just pay attention to 
take your classes during the precise validity period of your pass, otherwise you will loose them. The validity period starts from the date of your first class, not on your purchase date. 

7) The validity period of your pass is ONLY paused when we close at the end of the year (Christmas and New Year), or if you email a medical certificate: it'll be paused during the period covered by your certificate. It will not be paused when you are absent for other reasons (for example on holiday). Thank you for your understanding. 

Same conditions for everyone, no exceptions:
You are all exceptional :) but we don't make exceptions. Kindly respect that it's the same conditions for everyone. It's fair, equal and managable.
> It means: only ask for an extension of the validity period of your pass if you also email a medical certificate please. 
​When you have a pass you benefit from a reduced class price coupled with a limited time-frame for using the classes that you have agreed upon when buying the pass. If you want more flexibility you always have the option to pay per class instead of buying a pass. There's no obligation to buy a pass, it's your choice.
- It's assumed that you remember the validity period of your pass yourself ;) - note in your agenda! - and that you take responsibility for your own planning in relation to the class schedule. (You see the dates of your pass's validity period in your user profile in the booking system.)
- If something changes in your life that you want to or have to prioritize, instead of doing the classes during your pass's validity period, this will not affect the pass conditions that will remain the same.
