CANCELLATION REGULAR CLASSES
Same conditions for everyone, no exceptions:
1) If we need to cancel a class, you will receive a credit in the Booking system for another class of your choice.
2) You cancel your participation in the Booking system section "my bookings". If you cancel until 24 hours before the start of the class your singular class payment will automatically be credited to use for another class of your choice. If you paid with your pass it will be credited.
3) If you cancel later or don't come to class, whatever the reason, it will count as attendance.
> You are all exceptional :) but we don't make exceptions: please respect that the same conditions apply to everyone. It's fair, equal and managable for running the classes. Thank you for your understanding. The conditions are also clearly informed in the Booking system.
4) If you booked the class with a multiple class pass that you paid in cash you have the advantage of « absence jokers »: if you cancel a booked class too late and will be absent this absence will not count. What to do: cancel your class in the booking system + email your date of absence to receive a credit to use for another class of your choice, during your pass's validity period. Possible 1 time/pass of 5 or 10 classes, 2 times/20 class pass.
CANCELLATION WORKSHOPS dance & wellness
Same conditions for everyone, no exceptions:
1) If we cancel you'll have a credit for 1 other workshop or 2 regular live classes of your choice.
2) Your cancellation by email to [email protected] A booked workshop is not refundable or exchangeable for another workshop, no matter the reason why you cancel or don't come. But your payment will not be lost! You can choose to either:
a) offer your place to a friend: email us her/his name before the workshop, please.
b) or replace the workshop by 1 regular live class within 2 weeks (book your class by email) if you notify your absence by email at latest 4 days before the workshop will take place.
> These conditions are necessary for organizing the classes. Please respect that the conditions are the same for everyone, also for you :) Thank you for your understanding.
